2021 PCF PEC Survey XML Data Layout File Now Available

PCF PEC Survey vendors can download and review the required XML (Extensible Markup Language) Data File Layout under the Data Submission menu on the PCF PECS website. The XML File Layout provides details about every data element included in the header record, patient administrative record, and patient response record.

Please refer to Chapter 7 of the Quality Assurance Guidelines for more information about Data Submission, including submission procedures and deadlines.
