On Friday, September 26, 2025, the Vendor Help Desk email inbox (pcfpecs@rti.org) and phone line (833-997-2715) will close. The PCF PEC Survey Team will continue to monitor and respond to email and telephone inquires through that date.

The PCF Support line for practices will remain operational until Friday, February 6, 2026. If you receive questions from your practice clients, please continue to direct them to PCF Support by email at PCF@telligen.com or by phone at 1-888-517-7753.

Vendors with questions before then should contact the PCF PECS Team via e-mail at pcfpecs@rti.org or call 1-833-997-2715.
