Conditionally Approved Vendors Must Register for 2021 Introduction to the PCF PEC Survey Vendor Webinar Training

Conditionally approved vendors must register for the Primary Care First Patient Experience of Care (PCF PEC) Survey Vendor webinar training, which will take place on March 24 and 25, 2021, 1-5 pm EST.

At a minimum, the conditionally approved vendor's designated PCF PEC Survey Administrator must attend the PCF PEC Survey Vendor training. We strongly encourage all key staff, including key subcontractors, to attend. "Key subcontractors" are defined as a subcontractor that will conduct substantive work to support the implementation of the PCF PEC Survey. For purposes of this survey, "substantive work" is defined as follows:

  • telephone survey data collection (i.e., if an approved vendor is subcontracting telephone data collection activities),
  • mail or questionnaire receipt and processing, and
  • construction or submission of XML data files.

To register, please complete the Training Registration Form.

To become a fully approved PCF PEC Survey vendor, conditionally approved organizations must:

  • Participate in the PCF PEC Survey Vendor webinar training session March 24 and 25, 2021,
  • Successfully complete the training certification by March 31, 2021, and
  • Complete and submit a Quality Assurance Plan by April 16, 2021.
