CMS has published a new resource for practices to learn more about the PCF PEC Survey. The PCF PEC Survey Fact Sheet can be accessed via CMMI Connect and the PCF PEC Survey Website. 

This new fact sheet provides background on the survey, including:

• Practice requirements for the survey. 
• The survey schedule. 
• Patient participation in the survey. 
• The survey instrument.
• Scoring and results reports. 
• Links to PEC Survey webinars and materials.
