2023 PCF PEC Survey Materials Are Now Available

The PY 2023 Primary Care First (PCF) Patient Experience of Care (PEC) Survey materials are now available on the PCF PEC Survey website. Please note that the PY 2023 Survey materials are available in Word and PDF (where applicable) formats in the right 2 columns of the table. Previous survey materials can now be accessed by following the link at the top of the Surveys and Protocols page. 

For PY 2023, letters, envelopes and postcards will use the Department of Health and Human Services letterhead/logo and a CMS signature. For security reasons, those logos will not be available on the PCF PEC Survey website; instead, placeholder versions are available for viewing. Fully approved vendors will receive the official materials from the PCF PEC Survey Team via email. 

All materials will be reviewed in the PCF PEC Survey vendor trainings in March. Vendors with questions should contact the PCF PECS Team via e-mail at pcfpecs@rti.org or call 1-833-997-2715.
