Welcome to the Primary Care First (PCF) Patient Experience of Care Survey (PECS) vendor registration process.
Only previously approved vendors invited by email invitation can apply to be a vendor on the PCF PECS. If you have questions about your eligibility to apply to be a PCF PECS vendor, please contact us at pcfpecs@rti.org or 1-833-997-2715.
Each invited survey vendor interested in submitting an application to become an approved PCF PECS vendor must designate a staff member to be its PCF PEC Survey Administrator and have that person register by completing the information below. Once you submit this form, you will be directed to your dashboard.
Organizations applying to become a PCF PECS vendor are required to
create an account to access specific links and online forms on the PCF PECS
website. Please create and enter below a username and password that you would
like to use to be able to access specific links and forms on this website.
